Flexible Control Options: Supports analog/pulse control for the focusing unit or EtherCAT bus communication, enabling continuous and fast focus position adjustment via programming.
Optimized Mechanical/Water Design: Simplified lens installation, reduced maintenance costs, and collision-resistant structure to prevent damage. Corrosion-resistant coating and water leak prevention for long-term use.
Built-in Sensors: Equipped with a gas pressure sensor and protective mirror temperature monitoring for precise gas control and stable cutting quality. Smart calibration for gas pressure and nozzle changes.
Stray Light Detection: Standard stray light detection module to prevent lens damage due to contamination.
Built-in Capacitor Amplifier: Optional built-in capacitor amplifier for finer, more stable height following.
Piercing Detection & Process Monitoring: Compatible with Empower CNC system, with built-in piercing detection and process monitoring for improved cutting accuracy.
